About Tides Edge Cottage

Tides Edge is a Grade B listed building, formerly part of the old salmon fisheries, now sympathetically restored and fully equipped for self-catering.

There are four bedrooms (sleeping up to eight in all) with two separate bathrooms:

Upstairs:  with sea views, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom
Downstairs: with direct access to the courtyard, a large studio bedroom with double bed and cot, and an adjoining bunk bedroom.
The double reception room, with sea views, has a wood burning stove  to supplement the electric background heating , TV and VCR, and stereo sound system.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.     There are plenty of pots and pans, and crockery and cutlery if you plan to eat in, although both the "Kimberley",  the "Crown & Anchor" and the "Bakehouse" are less than five minutes walk from Tides Edge

The Village Shop and Post Office (walking distance)  is very well stocked; there is a large new Tesco in Forres (5 miles) and the Phoenix shop at the Findhorn Foundation (a mile away) has a wide range of organic produce.
Tides Edge has parking for two cars in the 4 Findhorn Residents car parking area (by the Dinghy Park), about 50 metres from the cottage.
